Delivery Coach is built around one principle: your practice sessions are private. This page explains exactly what data we collect, where it goes, how long it stays, and what control you have over it. No legalese.

We do not sell your data. We do not run ads. We do not share your data with any third party beyond what is described above.
Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Your email address is stored on Google's servers (EU region) and is used solely for authentication. We do not have access to your password - there isn't one. You sign in via a one-time magic link sent to your email.
Practice sessions - including the text transcript and your coaching report - are stored in a database on our servers hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). This data is protected and never shared.
To generate your coaching report, your transcript text is sent to Anthropic (the AI provider) via their API. Anthropic is a US-based company. This transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under GDPR Article 46, which provide appropriate safeguards for data transferred outside the EU. Per Anthropic's data processing policy, your data is not used to train AI models. No audio is ever sent - only the text transcript.

We keep your session data for as long as you have an active account. You can delete individual sessions directly in the app, or delete your entire account and all associated data at any time. Authentication data (your email) is deleted from Firebase when you request account deletion.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is to remember your sign-in session and your preferences (such as which profile is active). This is essential for the app to function.
Delivery Coach is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via email before they take effect.
